What is included with an outdoor movie screen rental?
Every outdoor movie screen rental package includes the inflatable projector screen, a 1080p HD projector, a professional Bluetooth speaker system, free delivery, professional setup, on-site equipment testing, and same-night breakdown and pickup. Inflatable lounge seating and a commercial popcorn machine are available as optional add-ons.
How much does an outdoor movie night rental cost in Los Angeles?
Our 10ft backyard movie screen rental starts at $170, the 14ft inflatable screen is $250, and the 20ft big-screen package is $330. Inflatable lounge seating add-ons range from $50 to $250 depending on guest count. A commercial popcorn machine is $60, with individual popcorn servings at $3 each.
Which inflatable movie screen size should I choose for my event?
The 10ft outdoor projector screen fits small backyards and up to about 20 guests. The 14ft screen is our most popular size for 20–40 guests. The 20ft giant movie screen is ideal for large events such as schools, churches, HOAs, corporate parties and community movie-night screenings of 50+ people.
Can the outdoor movie screen be used during the daytime?
Projected images look best after sunset. We can set up the inflatable screen and projector during the day, but for a bright, high-contrast picture we recommend starting the movie once it is dark outside.
What does the customer need to provide for the movie?
You provide the content source — a laptop, streaming device, Blu-ray player, phone or gaming console. We handle everything else: the inflatable screen, HD projector, sound system and full setup.
Can we stream Netflix, Disney+, YouTube or live sports on the projector?
Yes. Bring a streaming device or laptop with your account signed in and reliable Wi-Fi or a mobile hotspot. Our team will connect it to the HD projector during setup so you can stream movies, shows or a live sports watch party.
Can the movie screen be installed on grass or concrete?
Yes — the inflatable screen installs on grass, concrete, asphalt and even indoor spaces. We use stakes on grass and heavy sandbags on hard surfaces to safely secure the screen.
How much space and electrical power are required?
The 10ft needs roughly 15×15ft, the 14ft about 20×20ft, and the 20ft around 25×25ft including projector distance. All inflatable movie screens plug into a standard 110V outlet within 50ft of the setup area.
What happens if it rains or becomes too windy?
For safety, inflatable movie screens can't operate in heavy rain or sustained winds above ~20 mph. If weather forces a cancellation we'll reschedule your outdoor movie night at no penalty.
Do you provide inflatable seating and popcorn?
Yes. Inflatable lounge seating is available for groups of 5–10, 10–20, 20–30 or 30–50 people. You can also add a commercial popcorn machine plus individual popcorn servings from the movie-night package builder.
